Miguel One was created by Mickel, a qualified financial studies graduate with a Diploma in Financial Studies (DipFS) from the London Institute of Banking & Finance, and a BSc in Business Information Technology.

Built from Experience, Backed by Expertise
My journey into financial empowerment started in college, where I studied for a Level 3 Diploma in Financial Studies. Over the past 13 years, I've worked across the IT industry — including 8.2 years in Legal IT — and earned certifications in Cyber Security Essentials, Introduction to Zero Trust, and AI Security & Governance. These credentials guide how I design platforms that protect users from the ground up.
Despite earning a good income, I found myself stuck in a cycle of living paycheck to paycheck. That's when the idea emerged: a platform that blends powerful automation with human-centred design, built to support real financial progress. Every feature is grounded in privacy-by-design principles, so users can grow without fear of surveillance or stigma.
